The Centre solely provides debt consultation and financial counselling service and does not assist, represent, or refer any individual for the purpose of making any debt-related applications (including but not limited to the filing for Bankruptcy (BP), Debt Relief Plan (DRP), or Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) to any bank, financial institution, law firm, accountancy firm, or any third-party organisation). Any individual requiring such application should contact the relevant organisation or entity directly.
