T.W.G.Hs Healthy Budgeting Family Debt Counselling Centre set up in 2003, aims to help individuals and families who are in debt. We provide hotline services and debt counselling services.

As of today, the Centre has developed into a comprehensive financial planning and education service, offering a variety of services including financial management workshops, professional training, debt counselling, and youth entrepreneurship incubation, to meet the diverse financial management needs of society.

東華三院健康理財家庭輔導中心於二零零三年成立，為受債務問題困擾之個人及家庭，提供熱線服務及債務輔導服務。

時至今日，中心已發展成全面的財務規劃及教育服務，提供理財工作坊、專業培訓、債務諮詢輔導及青年創業孵化等多元化服務，以貼合社會的不同理財需要。
